ACCOMMODATION
Little Park Hill Farm offers highly flexible accommodation for the large family with many children or groups of friends celebrating a special occasion.
The beautifully presented accommodation is arranged over two floors. Approach through double doors to an entrance hall opening into a spacious drawing room with a large inglenook fireplace housing a wood burning stove. There are double doors from the drawing room opening out into the rear patio, ideal for alfresco dining. There is a separate dining room which seats up to 12 people. On the ground floor is also a cloakroom and well appointed kitchen and utility with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Beyond the drawing room is a large sitting/tv/games/children's room where further sofas, pool table, table football/foosball and wide screen tv/dvd/video are available.

The first floor is approached by three separate staircases. The main staircase leads to a galleried landing with a very large picture window having superb distant views, which Little Park Hill enjoys from all of its rooms. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, the master bedroom, located in the roundel, has a beautiful 6ft bed with adjoining dressing room which can accommodate a child on a sofa bed or a baby in a cot. The second bedroom has a 5ft bed, the third bedroom has three single beds and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. On the ground floor, in the roundel of the oast, we have the fifth bedroom, a double with a 5ft four poster bed with double doors leading to the garden. There are three bathrooms, one being en-suite.
