TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LETTING LITTLE PARK HILL FARM

  1. 7 day breaks at Little Park Hill Farm are from 3pm on Saturday to 10.30am the following Saturday.  Short breaks are also available, please check for availability.
  2. Reservations must be written and accompanied by a non-returnable deposit of £250.00.
  3. The balance of the cost must be paid EIGHT weeks prior to the start of the holiday - an invoice will be sent.
  4. CANCELLATION. If cancellation is made before the eight weeks prior to the start of the holiday, the £250.00 deposit is not returned.  Once the full amount has been paid and a cancellation is made monies will not be refunded unless it is possible to re-let the property for the full period of cancellation, this excludes the non-returnable deposit of £250.00.
  5. A Cleaning/Damage Deposit of £150 is payable on arrival.  This will be returned the week following your stay, less any deductions for cleaning or damages.
  6. The tenant agrees to keep the property and all fitments, furniture and equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition, other than fair wear and tear, as at the commencement of the letting, for the rare circumstances which we hope will not arise, we reserve the right to levy additional charges for these breakages.  These additional charges will be invoiced within three days of departure and must be paid within seven days of invoice date.
  7. The property will be thoroughly cleaned and ready for the client and it is expected that the property be left in good order.  An additional charge may be levied if more than the usual reasonable cleaning is required.
  8. No more than the stated number of persons may stay at Little Park Hill Farm..
  9. To ensure that high standards are maintained for the benefit of all, smoking is not permitted within Little Park Hill Farm.
  10. Due to live stock in the fields no dogs or fireworks are permitted at Little Park Hill Farm .
  11. Little Park Hill Farm must be vacated no later than 10.30 am on the day of departure and left in the same clean, orderly condition in which it was found on occupation.
